[Bugs-team] Initial Kick-Off Meeting

Hi,

the doodle made the decision even harder, so i've choosen to let random
pick one of the possible 4 appointments.

So it's the second of these with 4 attendees what means 8:00 PM UTC
tomorrow. We can capture #oi-meeting in irc.freenode.net for these, it's
free at the time.

@Alessio: Sorry, if you still can make it, i would be thankfull.
Otherwise, i'll update you later and of couse answer any questions to an
other time.

It got some changes:
1. Matt is currently unavailable, thus i will do the job my self.
2. We will not assing Developers directly, instead we will assin group
accounts, that will be setup for each consolidation. The goup accounts
are connected to mailing lists thus more than just one developer get
mails about new bugs. Developers will assing it self to a bug when they
actually start working on bugs.
