[Bugs-team] Bugs Team start

Hi,

Bugs we currently have:

no group account for ON/Illumos, the idea was, to move ON bugs over to
the Illumos bugtracker, however, we're not be able to do so atm and also
it might be not the right solution for some ON related bugs.


Helpfull for finding the right place for bugs:

$ pkg contents -o action.raw gnu-coreutils | grep consolidation
set name=org.opensolaris.consolidation value=sfw
depend fmri=consolidation/sfw/sfw-incorporation type=require


Thus you see, that the package gnu-coreutils belongs to SFW.
