Hi,

I updated by OpenIndiana installation at the weekend 

bash-4.0$ more /etc/release
                      OpenIndiana Development oi_151a X86

                           Assembled 01 September 2011

When I tried to use VLC to play "Winnie the Pooh" the menu screen appeared correctly, however when I select the default language "English" using either mouse or keyboard the menu disappears and VLC core dumps.
