Well I need one to two more people to place their name on the entity we
create. It would be set up that there would be no compensation for members
of the Board and that all revenues collected would go to Code development
and maintenance. I and some others will provide the money for the filing
fees and we can run it from one of my servers. As far as cleaning up the
technical documentation...That can be dealt with after the foundation is
established. I like the FREEBSD Model and could begin the process as soon
as others agree.
