It also can be rigged, does not connect between poll and optionally

And poll results are also open for conclusions and also results are
not available before it's end and does not provide a chance for
interpreting results in the open.<br>
Also poll questions are made not in open and are suggesting answers.<br>
OI site is probably not choosed as poll place because of these
benefits. <br>
Misusing public opininons in a way everyone can do with them however
likes, Seems like Brexit to me. :)<br>
