<p dir="ltr">Build your own distro.  Others have, and do.</p>
<p dir="ltr">You can start with OI and add your preferred package manager.  You don't have to use IPS for everything.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Some people use OI for a server without a GUI.  More likely people use OI with Mate GUI to avoid Windows or Linux.</p>
