Does it look like this?

    $ ll -L /dev/cua
    total 0
    crw-------   1 uucp     uucp     106, 131072 Jun 21 07:24 a
    $ ll /usr/bin/tip
    -r-s--x--x   1 uucp     bin        70980 Nov  5  2010 /usr/bin/tip

This is on Solaris 11 Express, but it shouldn't have changed.  `tip'
is supposed to be setuid uucp.  The device is supposed to be owned
by uucp.
