In the past, I've had the best luck by calling Dell support, tell them you're running "Linux" (which is dell-operator-speak for "non windows") ... Then when you get to the Linux/Unix tech support person, tell them you want to run solaris / opensolaris / openindiana, and you are trying to find drivers.  So far, they always provided me with some URL that came out of thin air which was 100% impossible to find without their help, and so far I've always been able to download those drivers and get things working.

I have *NOT* always been satisified with the stability.  Most problematic was the build-in Broadcom ethernet adapter.  (Best solution disable it, and buy an Intel PCIE ethernet adapter).  And I haven't done this with a PERC H310.  One of these days, since they're no longer selling or supporting solaris, they're bound to release a device which is incompatible...
