[Bugs-team] redmine: how to set a bug as duplicate

since Redmine doesn't have special support for duplicated bugs, you can
just add a comment that the bug is a duplicate of bug #NUMBER and close
it. It doesn't really matter if you chose rejected or just cloesed.
