Yes, close it and put a note in it that's a duplicate of #683. It
doesn't matter that it is unassigned, Illimos handles bugs differently.
It even might happen, that noone will ever fix it, if there will not be
a developer who does care. I guess it's not a high priporitiy for
commercial sponsors like Nexenta (Storage) and Joyent (Hosting).
However, we can't do anything about getting bug (which is actually a
Feature Request) fixed, if it doesn't get fixed in Illumos.
