[Bugs-team] Who to assign Bug #1148 to?

oi-illumos is the right place for that issue, since the problem seems
clearly to be one of the kernel or drivers. cmdk has alsways been slow,
but he seems to have bigger issues. If you wish to, you can ask him to
express the slowness in numbers (IOPS, with reproducable testcases dd,
bonnie++ or similar), this would help the Illumos devs to recognize the
problem.
