For the purpose of my master thesis, i have to implement android tethering on OpenIndiana. I understand that this implementation must be done on the kernel Illumos and in the network manager. I also found that there is already a tethering solution[0] but this one is not working when i make some tests. Did somebody successfully use this solution to tether Android ? If i have to implement my solution, which steps can i follow. Regards.
