based on our little survey the first developer meeting will be
held on Tuesday Dec 7th at 20:00 UTC in the #oi-meeting Channel.

The current agenda is as follows:

* adaptation of the proposed governance and development models to
  current reality
* setting goals and a time frame for the post-oi_148 development
  release, in particular a discussion among consolidation
  builders about the upcoming transition to Illumos
* collecting ideas to attract new contributors
* the way forward with OIAC
* time for regular meetings
