[oi-dev] Addition of GeoIP to oi-build

For GCC4 build you can add:

GCC_ROOT = /usr/gcc/4.4
COMPILER = gcc

And try to rebuild.

Of course, you need GCC4.

You can try take a look GCC44 build on my branch 'dilos' at:
