[oi-dev] Issue 547 - Updating oi_148 pkg so image-update sets opensolaris.org publisher non-sticky

Hi All,

DeanoC tested my oi_148 update on a machine he had which was a partial oi_147->oi_148 update. This was exactly the use case we wanted to fix, and of course it didn't work because the pkg packages were stuck at 147.

So I've done another repo for oi_147:

I'll be able to deliver both the revised oi_147 and oi_148 packages to /dev as soon as a few more people test this.
