[oi-dev] Building JDS

We should add that others explore the full compilation of JDS_OSE1011_SRU10_02:
http://hg.openindiana.org/spec-files/rev/24fa7bd94af7 for oi_151 stable release.

This won't be a problem as Guido had tested and documented JDS builds up to JDS_OSE1011_SRU7_03. 

The minor update between the two sets is mainly a libtiff update.

No, my documentation on the wiki is up-to-date, by following
http://wiki.openindiana.org/oi/Building+JDS you should be able to
build JDS b147, 148, and 151.
