1) I'm not sure that the /usr/etc prefix is consistent with
Solaris/Illumos practice; anyone know if there's meant to be a /usr/etc
or if it should just be /etc?
2) similar question for /usr/lib/i86pc-solaris-64int, which seems a bit
alien; wouldn't this belong somewhere like /usr/<perl>/lib/<blib ABI ID>
(I'm looking at the runtime/perl-510/module/sun-solaris for reference)?
