[oi-dev] Addition of xz to illumos-userland

It works for me, too. I copied just a part of it and as it was late night I didn't find it that fast. Found it out this morning and package is publishable. I am going to wait for the illumos-userland patches igork posted to get reviewed and then I will write again regarding the review of xz.
