[oi-dev] [developer] libpng Security vulnerability

We have done one massive CVE audit for OI some time ago and are
automating the process going forward as part of the current dev cycle
for illumos-userland, which includes bringing over recent changes from
userland-gate. If it's not already fixed, it will be, and fixes that
either expose network or client-side (esp. the browser) attack surface
will be slotted in for prestable.
