[oi-dev] [userland] Re: 2260 provide build of richlowe's il_4_4_4 gcc in userland

This compiler is strictly for building KVM and illumos-gate, as richlowe
has tweaked it for those uses. We don't need to test it for other cases:
/usr/gcc/4.4 is for building userland. The relevant test here is whether
estibi can successfully build KVM with it.
