[oi-dev] Support OI and illumos for GSoC 2012

I've created an Open Virtualization Format image using VMware's conversion
tools. Although OVF is supposed to be platform agnostic, I've found it not
to be the case when converting between VirtualBox and VMware products. I've
no idea about any other products that support OVF will work with this or
not but I was able to get this working with VMware Player under Windows 7.
It's a fresh install of 64-bit OI151a server but if there's another release
that you'd like, please let me know. The download link below will expire
after 14 days so if you find it useful, please find it a permanent home.
