[oi-dev] php 5.4 modules update

Hello.

This change updates php 5.4 modules to 5.4.18, switches dependencies for 
PHP mysql modules from mysql 5.1 to mariadb 5.5 and removes libraries 
versions numbers from package names. I think, there's no sense to rename 
package when underlying pgsql/mysql library version changes (for example 
from 5.1 to 5.5, from 8.4 to 9.2 and so on). Package version numbers 
will change, and this is enough.
