[oi-dev] CMake make rule in oi-userland.

Hi,
I am packaging a few things using CMake right now and I noticed that
Alexander defined some macros + refined the $(BUILD_DIR)/.configured target
in the percona-server Makefiles.

Would it be possible to add a cmake.mk implementing these ?

As a temporary solution I just created one:
- including configure.mk,
- adding the compiler flags to the CMake variables,
- and overriding the $(BUILD_DIR)/.configured target,

but I am not sure about all the things that should be defined in there, or
whether the build targets should be copied instead of overriding
configure.mk.
