Good morning.

Some things to note about clang++:
1) we are waiting for http://cr.illumos.org/~webrev/alp/illumos-3853/ to 
be committed (I've sent requested files for RTI on 8 July)
2) libm manifest should be updated (I'll do it today)
3) Based on Garret's comment (

components/illumos/illumos-gate/Makefile should be updated to drop 
sys/lc_core.h and sys/localedef.h (he says these two are legacy and 
nonfunctional in its current state).
