[oi-dev] aspell component

There are two ways to solve this issue if I am not mistaken.

First and easy one is to deliver fixed system header as part of GCC's
fixed-includes. Initial GCC 4.7 package did not deliver any fixed
headers

Another option is to fix the relevant headers in illumos itself.
