Also, I don't seem to be able to delete obvious spam accounts (such 
as: 
http://wiki.openindiana.org/users/viewuserprofile.action?username=annewolf). 
Assuming these aren't the result of vulnerabilities along the lines of 
what Chip mentioned, do we want to go the whole hog and disable account 
self-registration?
