[oi-dev] Hipster head breaks unbound

I upgraded a week or so ago and when I did it today,  unbound seems to 
be seriously broken.  The utility unbound-checkconf spews out a lot of 
errors and then runs out of memory.  The unbound program gives a warning 
about the number of open file handles and then quits.  It even does this 
with an empty configuration file.  I reverted to the older BE and 
everything works as expected.

That seems to be the only casualty at this time.
