[oi-dev] COMPONENT_CLASSIFICATION macro

Hi,
I was wondering if the generated manifest should prepend
"org.opensolaris.category.2008:" to the actual classification in
transforms/manifest-metadata-template:

Since for instance it is omitted in this Makefile:

https://github.com/OpenIndiana/oi-userland/blob/oi/hipster/components/libvte-java/Makefile
