[oi-dev] xf86-video-ati 6.4.16 driver

Hello.
I've updated xf86-video-ati and tested it with ATI Radeon X1650.

drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0
drmOpenDevice: open result is -1, (No such device or address)
drmOpenDevice: open result is -1, (No such device or address)
drmOpenDevice: Open failed
[drm] failed to load kernel module "radeon"

As kernel support is missing, swrast dri module is used. Overall 
performance is not the best.
New module claims to support ATI Radeon HD 4250, which is mentioned in 
https://www.illumos.org/issues/2898,
but not
Radeon HD 7350
Radeon HD 7450
Radeon HD 7470
Radeon HD 7570
Radeon HD 7670,
which are mentioned in https://www.illumos.org/issues/2954.

Anyway, without kernel support for DRI, using ATI or Intel video adapter 
is troublesome.
