[oi-dev] gmp, mpfr, mpc

We have copies of these libraries provided in /usr, they are only used
by illumos-gcc and a few other libraries:

No dependant.

Each GCC provided by oi-userland has its own private version of the libraries.

Do we want to update these libraries? Should illumos-gcc have a
private copy of them?
I use the latest versions for the GCC 5.4 build.
