[oi-dev] Error on /usr/bin/pkg update -v

Alexander,
Really not 100%-reproducible. This weekend I bought a Dell server (used)
to make a private server and build host with OpenIndiana installed on
"bare metal". And in this machine, the command "pkg update -v" run
successfully.
