[oi-dev] [CFR] kvmadm need testers

Hello. Currently I don't have server installations suitable for testing 
KVM, so I need testers.

This is an attempt to integrate kvmadm (http://www.kvmadm.org/ ), tool 
for managing KVM VMs as services.
