[oi-dev] Updated Graphics DRM support for OI

I had meant to add some "thank you" notes to that announcement but
forgot (sorry).  So belatedly, I'd like to thank:  The Oracle Graphics
team for publishing their DRM code at
https://hg.java.net/hg/solaris-x11~x-s12-clone, Martin Bochnig for his
earlier port of that DRM code, and Randy Fishel for answering my
questions.
