[oi-dev] old packages?

Hi,

We still have

database/postgres-82/connector/jdbc 8.2.504-2013.0.0.0         ---
database/postgres-82/locale/ja 8.2.17-0.148               ---

while our oldest postgresql is 9.3. Do we still need these packages or 
can they be obsoleted?
