[oi-dev] netCDF

Hi,

I'm working on adding netCDF
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/netcdf/index.jsp> (C distribution)
library to oi-userland.

I'm gonna put it into scientific/netcdf and set FMRI library/math/netcdf.
However, I'm not sure whether FMRI is appropriate since there are a few
distributions of netCDF, namely for C, C++, Fortran and Java.

Maybe library/c/netcdf FMRI is better?
What do you think?
