[oi-dev] elementary and efl have lots of conflicting files

Hi,

the latest updates introduced some conflicts between the efl and 
elementary packages,
e.g.
The following packages all deliver file actions to 
usr/include/elementary-1/elm_hover.eo.legacy.h:

pkg://openindiana.org/library/e/efl@1.18.5,5.11-2017.0.0.0:20170525T235113Z
pkg://openindiana.org/library/e/elementary@1.12.3,5.11-2017.0.0.0:20170306T090752Z

These packages may not be installed together. Any non-conflicting set may
be, or the packages must be corrected before they can be installed.

Is efl replacing elementary?
