[oi-dev] GCC 7.3.0

Hi,
I have updated the patchset for GCC 7.3.0 and will hopefully be able to
push it this week end if time permits.
Since it contains a Spectre 2 mitigation backport I was wondering if I
should also spin a zone and build oi-userland alongside GCC 6.4.0.
I have not seen any unofficial backport for GCC 6.
