[oi-dev] GCC 8 repository

Hi,
Two weeks ago I reactivated the Jenkins job on my buildbot to build
oi-userland with gcc-8.

The repository is synchronized at every PR at:

https://pkg.openindiana.org/gcc-next

These packages are compiled on my buildbot, only provided for testing and
debugging code produced with gcc-8.

There are two know issues:
1) Firefox on my laptop had a default User-Agent containing non-ASCII
characters.
2) Terminals do not forward CTRL^C so the terminal itself is killed.
