[oi-dev] hplip update testing

Hi!

I build it for testing purposes - to check if my USB Scanner works now 
via USB (and i can discard the linux sane server).
Scanning works. But i did nothing in regard to sane-backends to build 
it. (?)

I willi test your changes.
