[oi-dev] Rust packaing for OI and cc-rs PR#585

Hi Joshua,

With Rust on OI I run also in the trouble described in https://github.com/alexcrichton/cc-rs/pull/585

running: "ar" "s" "/home/grzemba/Tests/Rust/file_list/target/debug/build/ring-f4ce5e05b289a62a/out/libring-core.a"
cargo:warning=ar: one of [drqtpmx] must be specified
exit code: 1


running :

$ AR=/usr/bin/gar cargo build 

has helped.

Can you give me a hint, where can I apply this patch on Rust packaging for OI?
