[oi-dev] update of Rust to 1.51 or higher: there are activity for uodate Clang 12?

I try to build Firefox 91esr. This requires Rustc 1.51 


My first attempt to use rustup ends up in rsutc 1.54 compiler crash: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/88181

The second attempt is to update our Rust package. The build failed with missing a libLVM-12... So my guess is, I need a newer clang&LLVM package.

Is there some activity for update Clang? The PR 6756 was deleted recently.
