[oi-dev] paprefs : pulseaudio prefs 1.1

I'm submitting a new package called "paprefs" for OpenIndiana.

"paprefs" is "PulseAudio Preferences" a GUI (graphical user interface) for setting some PulseAudio settings.

I hope it is new, at least I didn't find a paprefs IPS package, maybe I just didn't see it.

Anyway paprefs compiles relatively easily on OpenIndiana and it is useful desktop utility.
