There is currently no such option for Squeak.

My problem was that I built using the #include <jpeglib.h> pointing to libjpeg6-ijg,
while linking against libjpeg8-turbo or libjpeg9-ijg;  that does not display jpeg images,
although that the link editor links fine and produces an executable.
