Hey Klaus
svc:/system/metainit:default has been removed from the system, it can be 
deleted from the SMF database with svccfg
Recently the assumed independance from network and local filesystems has 
changed in illumos-gate dependency cycle with the Inclusion of Overlay 
networking. That has lead to dependency cycle problems one after updates 
(metainit). Please manually delete the metainit service. It should have 
been removed many updates ago but somehow did not.
