[oi-dev] Wine and freetype

With older wine you certainly need to ship all the 32-bit dependencies.
Although Wine 9.0 has a new WoW64 mode that allows you to run 32-bit Windows
applications within a pure 64-bit Wine, so that's going to be the way
forward.
