No, in fact, it's webkit2gtk:
libwebkit2gtk-4.1.so.0 => /usr/lib/64/libwebkit2gtk-4.1.so.0
which correctly links to gtk-3:
libgtk-3.so.0 => /usr/lib/64/libgtk-3.so.0
