I noticed this issue:
rsync: [sender] send_files failed to open "oi-sparc/backup/userland/gcc10.p5p" (in oirepo): Permission denied (13)

Could you please check the oi-sparc/backup/userland/gcc10.p5p file
permissions at the server?
