Then there are only two (hard) ways I'm aware of how to get there:
1) build the old build-essential and all its dependencies yourself, or
2) ask somebody (primarily Andreas and/or Till) if they still keep the
ips repository backup from 2022.10 and they would be so kind to share it
with you.
