[oi-dev] Nvidia Driver 470.256.02 fails to load properly

Tried that (Ethernet to USB-C) having trouble with the LAN driver, created
a new thread "Driver of Realtek RTL8152/RTL8153 Based USB Ethernet Adapters
is missing" to address this.
