depending on github presence has perils of its own. Tooling may look like question of life and death, but it really is not, and we are not only ones who do not depend on all github features and we are not only ones who do receive suggestions to use them (or else…). I’m not  suggesting the redmine is the best (it actually is not, its search is not usable for example), but tbh, illumos has other issues than tooling.
